Yep! We ship globally, with tracking available for most locations.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order on our website.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Ugh, that’s the worst—we’ve got you. Just email us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Only within 12 hours. After that, it’s likely already being processed.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depends on where you are! Most orders arrive in 7–20 business days. Check our full Shipping Terms for your region.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, we don’t—keeping things simple helps us ship faster and more affordably.
