We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Please allow extra time during peak periods and holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $75

  • Shipping on orders under $75 is calculated at checkout based on your location

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down or offer a solution.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or edited within 12 hours of purchase

  • After that, your order may already be in process and cannot be changed

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days with a photo

  • We’ll replace the item or refund your order—your choice!
